Vocab Day!

Today you got another round of vocab words with a wonderful student made video.
The vocab test will be in two weeks on the 5th.
You then had a short reading check test and we briefly talked about Native Son.
I didn't want to take away from the discussion tomorrow so I will post my notes here since I didn't discuss them in class.

What is the “fear” that is so prominent in this chapter? What does he mean when he says “living behind a wall” (9).
Both Jan and Mary attempt to befriend Bigger, yet it only seems to make Bigger more angry. What is Wright trying to say with this?
